Private Label Humic Acid Granules 65% Packed for Retail Garden Channels

Retail garden channels in the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam sell humate by the kilo to hobby growers who will never buy a 25 kg bag. The product is the same chemistry, but the requirements are different: a sealed pouch that survives a humid shop shelf, a dosing instruction a home gardener can follow, and artwork that carries the retailer's brand rather than ours.

We supply 65 percent granules in 1, 2 and 5 kilogram printed pouches with foil or metallised liners, filled to the buyer's net weight, and we handle the artwork file preparation from the buyer's brand assets. The granule is screened to 2 to 4 mm because it pours cleanly from a small pouch and can be measured with the scoop usually included in the pack. Shelf life in a sealed pouch is 36 months, which is long enough for a seasonal retail cycle.

Retail dosing guidance printed on the pack is usually 20 to 30 grams per potted plant, 50 grams per square metre for beds, and one handful per square metre for lawns, applied monthly during the growing season. For distributor private label, we can supply the same granule in 25 kg bulk bags alongside the retail pouches so the brand covers both channels from one production lot, which keeps the colour and analysis consistent between pack sizes.

Minimum order is 5 tons per SKU, and a typical first order is three SKUs of 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg. Production lead time is 20 to 25 days after artwork approval, because printed film has to be ordered. We will send a physical pre-production sample pouch by courier for approval before the run, and we hold the approved sample as the reference for the whole order.

Packing is 1 kg, 2 kg and 5 kg printed pouches with metallised liner, 10 kg carton for retail distribution, and 25 kg bulk bags for the same lot. Each batch is tested for humic acid, size, moisture and pH, and sealed pouches are checked for seal strength and weight accuracy on the filling line. Retained samples are kept 24 months under ISO 9001 procedures.
