Landscaping contracts are won on establishment rate, not on price per bag. A contractor handing over a turf area at eight weeks is judged on cover density and root pull, and both depend on what happened in the top 10 cm during the first three weeks. This 1 to 3 mm granule is sized for mixing into the top dressing sand used on golf greens and sports fields, and for incorporation into planting beds before turf laying.
The application is straightforward: 60 to 120 grams per square metre rotavated into the top 10 cm before laying turf or seeding, then a lighter 30 grams per square metre at four weeks if the site is sandy or the season is hot. Landscape contractors in the Gulf and in Metro Manila use it on projects where the imported topsoil is essentially washed sand and the client expects instant green.

Turf establishment: 60 to 120 g per square metre incorporated into the top 10 cm, plus a 30 g per square metre follow up at four weeks. Tree and shrub planting: 100 to 200 g per planting pit mixed with backfill. Flower beds: 100 g per square metre before planting. Top dressing sand mixes: 5 to 10 percent by volume. Irrigate immediately after application and keep the surface moist for the first ten days, because the granules need moisture to activate.
Buyer Guide for Southeast Asia and the GulfLandscape contractors and amenity suppliers in the Philippines, Thailand and Saudi Arabia order in 25 kg bags and increasingly in 1 kg pouches for maintenance teams. A 20ft container carries 24 tons in 25 kg bags. We supply a metric and imperial rate card, and for project tenders we can issue a specification sheet in the format used by consultant engineers, which is often required at the submittal stage.
Packaging & Quality AssurancePacking is 25 kg PP woven bag with PE liner, 1 kg and 5 kg pouches for maintenance crews, or 1 ton jumbo bag. Each lot is tested for humic acid, size distribution, moisture and pH, and a retained sample is kept 24 months. Production follows ISO 9001 procedures with third party heavy metal testing every six months.
