Product Description:
We start by crushing the raw coal, then extracting it with a sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution in a reaction tank at 90°C for two hours. After removing unreacted impurities, the pure sodium humate solution is fed into a drum dryer. The solution forms a thin film on the drum wall, which is instantly dried into a flake, then peeled, cooled, and screened. This process yields a glossy, black product with low impurities. Our closed-loop system for condensate, dust, and exhaust gas recovery ensures a clean, efficient, and eco-friendly production line.
