1. Product Introduction
Our company's flake sodium humate is extracted from weathered coal, which is rich in active groups and has a wide range of uses. The raw materials of sodium humate powder type I are taken from the self-owned weathered coal mines in Fukang area, Xinjiang, and the type II and III. raw materials are taken from the weathered coal of Inner Mongolia. The appearance of this product is black and shiny, soluble in water, flakes, suspended for a long time, slow to dissolve, and has a wide range of uses. The preparation process is to crush the raw coal first, stir and extract it with NaOH solution at 90°C in the reaction tank for 2h; The reaction solution is precipitated to remove the impurities of the unreacted raw materials, and the sodium humate stock solution is pumped to the drum dryer, and the liquid film is instantly attached to the wall into a sheet, dried and peeled off with the rotation of the drum, and then cooled and screened by air flow to obtain a glossy black, low-impurity, instant tablet product. The whole process of closed-circuit recovery of condensate, dust and exhaust gas through cyclone and bag secondary treatment to achieve clean production.

3. Use
Sodium humate is the "master of water quality control" in aquaculture. It reduces the concentration of harmful substances such as ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide by adsorbing residual bait and feces, complexing heavy metals, and reducing the concentration of harmful substances.
In terms of algae inhibition, the shading properties of sodium humate can be called a "natural killer". The water body turns black after application, which can effectively inhibit the reproduction of moss and cyanobacteria. In addition, it can chelate and degrade water toxins, adjust pH levels, and provide a healthier growth environment for fish, shrimp and crabs.
Aquaculture (based on a water depth of 1 m, other water depths increase or decrease proportionally)
