Economical 50% Humic Acid Granules Bulk Packed for Estate Direct Delivery

Not every hectare justifies a premium granule. On mature rubber, oil palm covers and coconut where the biomass return is already high, a 50 percent granule applied at a higher rate delivers more total organic carbon per dollar than a 70 percent grade at a lower rate. That is the commercial logic of this product, and it is why estate procurement teams in Sumatra and Kalimantan keep it on the annual tender.

The specification is deliberately practical: 50 percent humic acid, 65 percent total organic matter, 15 percent maximum moisture, 2 to 4 mm. It is not designed for fertigation or for retail repacking. It is designed to arrive in a 1 ton jumbo bag, be lifted by forklift to the field store, and be decanted into a spreader or a knapsack without a bag splitting at the seam.

Apply 300 to 600 kg per hectare per year on plantation crops, split into two rounds, broadcast in the weeding circle or along the inter-row. For cover crops and rehabilitation blocks, 600 to 800 kg per hectare incorporated before planting. Because the grade is not fully soluble, do not use it in drip lines or spray tanks. Where the estate also runs a compost programme, blend at 10 to 20 percent with compost to raise the humic content of the finished product.

Minimum order is one 20ft container, 26 tons in 1 ton jumbo bags. For tender buyers we can hold a monthly allocation with a fixed price for a quarter, subject to raw material movement. Delivery to Belawan, Tanjung Priok and Dumai is 16 to 22 days from Tianjin. We supply a per lot COA and a loading photograph set, which several estate groups require before releasing the balance payment.

Packing is 1 ton jumbo bag with discharge spout as standard, with 25 kg bags available on request. Jumbo bags are tested by a 2 metre lift before loading. Each lot is tested for humic acid, organic matter, moisture, pH and size distribution, and retained samples are kept 24 months.
