Powder is messy to dose and liquid is expensive to ship, so water dispersible granules exist to solve a logistics problem: a granule that behaves like a powder in the tank. This 1 to 2 mm product wets out and disperses in about ninety seconds with simple agitation, leaving less than one percent insoluble residue, which is the threshold that keeps drip emitters and venturi injectors clean over a season.
It is the grade we recommend for fertigation programmes on vegetables, banana and sugarcane in Vietnam and Thailand, where a grower needs to weigh 5 kilos into a tank rather than scoop powder that blows away in the wind. Because the granule is free flowing, it can also be packed in 1 kg retail pouches and dosed by the scoop, which is how the smallholder drip segment actually buys product.

Dissolve 3 to 8 kg per hectare per fertigation cycle in the irrigation tank, agitate for two minutes, then inject. For foliar use, 300 to 500 g per 1000 litres. For retail packs, one 1 kg pouch treats roughly 2000 litres of working solution at 1:500. Do not mix directly with calcium nitrate in concentrated form; add each product to a half filled tank separately. Run a jar test when local water hardness exceeds 300 ppm.
Buyer Guide for Southeast AsiaDrip system suppliers and irrigation dealers in Vietnam and Thailand are the main channel, and they usually want 1 kg and 5 kg pouches with a dosing chart printed on the back. A 20ft container carries 22 tons in 25 kg bags, or about 18 tons in retail pouches on pallets. We provide a dispersion test video from the production lot, which several buyers use as an incoming quality check.
Packaging & Quality AssurancePacking is 25 kg PP woven bag with PE liner, 5 kg and 1 kg retail pouches, or 10 kg carton. Dispersibility and insoluble residue are tested on every batch, and a jar test record is kept with the retained sample for 24 months under ISO 9001 production control.
