||
A blending plant is an unforgiving environment for any raw material. The humate goes up a bucket elevator, through a ribbon mixer, down a chute and into a bag, and every one of those steps generates dust if the granule surface is rough. Dust in a blending line means a dirty plant, a worker exposure issue, and a product that segregates in the bag so the farmer gets all the black granules in the first scoop.
This grade is film coated with a lignin based binder that seals the surface without closing the pores, which keeps the humic acid available in the soil while dropping the dust fraction below half a percent. Bulk density is raised to 0.85 to 0.95 grams per cubic centimetre so it sits close to the density of granular NPK and does not separate during transport or pouring.

Blend at 5 to 15 percent by weight with granular NPK, ammonium sulphate or organic granulated fertiliser. The coating is compatible with common anti-caking agents and does not react with urea. For direct field use, apply 150 to 300 kg per hectare and incorporate. Do not use in a drum granulator as an internal ingredient, because the film is designed for dry blending rather than for re-granulation with steam and water.
Buyer Guide for Southeast AsiaBlenders in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia buy this grade to add an organic claim to an existing NPK line without changing their plant. We supply a 20 kg trial bag for a blending test, and if the buyer sends us their NPK granule cut and bulk density, we will adjust our cut to match before the first container. A 20ft container carries 26 tons.
Packaging & Quality AssurancePacking is 25 kg PP woven bag with PE liner, 1 ton jumbo bag with discharge spout for blending plants, or 500 kg sling bag. Dust content is measured by sieving after bagging, and bulk density is recorded per lot so the buyer can compare against their NPK specification. Retained samples are kept 24 months under ISO 9001 control.
