High Hardness 12N Humic Acid Granules 70% Export Grade for Humid Tropical Storage

Most complaints about granulated humates do not come from the field, they come from the warehouse. A container from Tianjin to Belawan spends three weeks in tropical humidity, then the bags sit in a distributor store for two months, and by the time the farmer opens them the granules have bonded into lumps that will not pass a spreader. This grade is pressed harder and dried lower to survive that journey: 12 N minimum crush strength and 12 percent maximum moisture.

We test it in a way that matches the complaint. Samples go through a 1.5 metre drop test on concrete, then 14 days in a humidity chamber at 30 C and 80 percent relative humidity, and the bag is opened and poured. If the product does not flow, the lot does not ship. Buyers in Indonesia and the Philippines, where distributor storage is often an open warehouse, tell us this is the difference between a repeat order and a credit note.

Use this grade for any destination with a long sea leg or humid storage: Indonesia, the Philippines, southern Thailand and the Gulf. Rates follow the crop, 100 to 200 kg per hectare for vegetables and sugarcane, 200 to 300 kg per hectare for plantation crops in the weeding circle. Because the moisture is low, it can be blended with NPK and bagged without a drying step, and it stores flat in a stack without a pallet if the floor is dry.

For distributors who store in non air-conditioned warehouses, we recommend the 25 kg bag with a 60 micron liner and no pallet, which reduces cost per ton and stacks to 1.8 metres. A 20ft container takes 26 tons. Packing is 25 kg PP woven bag with 60 micron PE liner, 1 ton jumbo bag, or 10 kg carton. Every lot is tested for crush strength, moisture, size distribution and pH before bagging, and a bag from the actual lot is retained for 24 months. Production runs under ISO 9001 with documented drying control.
