| Highlight: | 2-3mm humic acid granules,70% humic acid broadcast grade,humic acid granules vegetable beds |
||
Uniformity is the whole point of this grade. Growers broadcasting by hand over raised beds, or by drone over a 200 hectare vegetable block in the Red River Delta, need every granule to be the same size, otherwise the fine fraction drifts and the coarse fraction lands in one strip. Our 2 to 3 mm cut is screened to 92 percent in range, which is high enough that a drone spreader pattern stays even across a 6 metre swath.
The agronomic target is the vegetable bed itself, not the whole field. Twenty to forty kilos per hectare banded along the planting row raises organic carbon where the root mass will sit, improves moisture holding in the top 15 cm, and reduces the salt burn that shows up when growers over-apply compound fertiliser on light soils. On chili, tomato, cabbage and leafy greens in Thailand and Vietnam, the common feedback is steadier growth between NPK rounds rather than a visible colour jump.

Band along the planting row at 20 to 40 kg per hectare and work into the top 10 to 15 cm before transplanting. For bed preparation, 100 to 150 g per square metre mixed into the top layer. For drone or shoulder spreader application, set the pattern to 6 metres and keep flight height at 2 to 2.5 metres. Combine with compost at 1:3 by volume when the soil organic matter is below one percent, and avoid surface application without incorporation on slopes, because the granules will move with the first heavy rain.
Buyer Guide for Southeast AsiaVegetable seed companies and agri-input distributors in Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines usually take 25 kg bags and repack into 1 kg and 5 kg packs for retail. A 20ft container loads 25 tons in 25 kg bags without pallets. We supply a granule size distribution report with every lot, so the buyer can confirm the cut matches the spreader settings before the container leaves the port.
Packaging & Quality AssurancePacking options are 25 kg PP woven bag with PE liner, 5 kg retail bag and 1 ton jumbo bag. Granules are double screened after cooling, and hardness is tested so the product survives bagging and drone hopper loading without generating fines. Batch records cover humic acid content, size distribution, moisture and pH, with retained samples kept 24 months under ISO 9001 production control.
