||
Flooded paddy soil is an anaerobic, reducing environment, and ordinary organic matter breaks down within weeks. These 4 to 6 mm granules are pressed harder and are designed to hold shape in standing water, releasing the humic fraction slowly across 60 to 90 days, which matches one rice crop cycle in the Mekong Delta, the Chao Phraya basin and Central Java.
The practical benefit for a rice buyer is nitrogen economy. When the granules are blended with urea prills at 5 to 10 percent of the blend, the humic acids buffer the hydrolysis front around each urea granule, slowing ammonia volatilisation from the floodwater and reducing the sharp pH spike that follows a top dressing. Field trials in Vietnam report 10 to 15 percent urea savings at the same yield, but we present that as a reference, not a guarantee, because results depend on water management and soil type.

Basal application at 100 to 200 kg per hectare before transplanting or direct seeding, incorporated into the puddled layer. For top dressing, blend with urea at 5 to 10 percent and apply at panicle initiation. The granules also suit sugarcane, banana and coconut on acid sulphate soils, where 200 to 300 kg per hectare at planting improves early root establishment. Do not broadcast on dry, cracked soil and then flood immediately; give the granules 24 hours to hydrate at field capacity so they do not float to the bunds.
Buyer Guide for Southeast AsiaRice importers in Vietnam and Thailand usually order blended product rather than straight granules, so we can quote either straight granules in 25 kg bags or a urea-humate blend to the buyer's analysis. Container load is 24 to 26 tons per 20ft without pallets. We supply a moisture, granule size and humic acid report per lot, and can arrange a third party inspection before shipment if the buyer's bank requires it under the LC.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceStandard packing is 25 kg PP woven bag with PE liner; 50 kg bags and 1 ton jumbo bags are available. Bags are printed with lot number, production date and a traceable batch code. Each production batch is sampled for humic acid content, moisture, granule size distribution and compression strength, and retained for 24 months. All output is produced under ISO 9001 procedures.
