Bulk Humic Acid Powder 50% Economic Organic Amendment for Fertilizer Blending Programs

This is the working grade for fertiliser blenders, granulation plants and private label brands that need organic carbon in the formula at a controlled cost. At 50 percent humic acid it sits below the premium 70 percent grades by design: the extra mineral fraction is useful in granulation because it acts as a natural filler and reduces the amount of binder needed to hold a granule together.

We supply it in 1 ton jumbo bags so a blending line can discharge directly into the hopper without opening 40 small bags. Moisture is controlled at 15 percent maximum so the powder does not cake in the silo during the monsoon season, and the 60 to 80 mesh grind disperses evenly through a ribbon mixer in under three minutes. Blenders in Indonesia and Vietnam typically use 5 to 15 percent in an NPK organic blend, or 3 to 5 percent as a granulation aid in compound fertiliser.

Blending: 5 to 15 percent by weight in organic or organic-inorganic compound fertiliser. Granulation aid: 3 to 5 percent in a pan or drum granulator to improve green strength and reduce dust. Direct field use: 200 to 500 kg per hectare broadcast and incorporated before planting on vegetables, maize, sugarcane and plantation crops. Seed coating and seedling media: up to 5 percent of mix weight. Because the grade is not fully soluble, it is not recommended for drip lines or spray tanks without pre filtration.

This grade is priced for volume. Minimum order is one 20ft container, 26 tons in 1 ton jumbo bags or 25 tons in 25 kg bags, and we can hold a monthly allocation for buyers running a continuous blending programme. For Indonesian and Vietnamese buyers we can ship on 30 percent deposit and balance against the bill of lading copy, and we can provide a pre-shipment sample from the actual production lot, couriered at our cost for orders above 50 tons.

Standard packing is 1 ton jumbo bag with discharge spout, 25 kg PP woven bag, or bulk liner bag for a 20ft container. Each lot is tested for humic acid, moisture, pH, mesh and ash, and the results are printed on the bag label alongside the batch number. Retained samples are held for 24 months. Production runs under ISO 9001 with annual third party audit.
