||
This drip grade powder is produced from weathered lignite (leonardite) mined in the Ningxia reserve, then extracted with potassium hydroxide, filtered and spray dried. The result is a powder that dissolves almost completely in cold water, with insoluble matter held under one percent so that drip tapes, micro sprinklers and venturi injectors stay clean through the whole season. Buyers in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia normally run it through the same fertigation tank as their soluble NPK, and the powder disperses without foaming or sediment in the tank bottom.
Humic acid does not feed the plant directly. It works on the soil solution: it holds calcium, magnesium, potassium and trace metals on exchange sites, keeps phosphorus from being locked by iron and aluminium in acid upland soils, and stimulates root hair extension in the first two weeks after transplanting or after a flooding event. On the sandy coastal soils common in Binh Thuan and East Java, growers usually see the difference as better moisture retention and less leaf yellowing between NPK applications.

The product is designed for fertigation and foliar programs on vegetables, chili, banana, citrus, sugarcane and oil palm nurseries. Typical field dilution is 1:500 to 1:1000 in the irrigation tank, giving 3 to 8 kg per hectare per cycle, applied every 10 to 15 days during active growth. For foliar use, dissolve 30 to 50 g in 100 litres of water and spray early morning or late afternoon. It can be tank mixed with most water soluble NPK, calcium nitrate and potassium sulphate; run a jar test first when the local water hardness is above 300 ppm, because high calcium water can flocculate any humate if the concentration is too high.
Buyer Guide for Southeast AsiaFor Vietnamese and Thai vegetable programs, most importers order in 25 kg bags and repack into 1 kg retail sachets. For Indonesian distributors, the preferred pack is a 20 kg inner-lined bag with a Bahasa label. Shipment is normally 20 tons per 20ft container without pallets, or 18 tons with pallets. We supply a batch specific COA, a heavy metal report and MSDS with every container, and we can print the buyer's brand and dosage table on the bag. Registration support documents for the local fertilizer authority can be prepared on request.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceStandard packing is 25 kg PP woven bag with PE inner liner, 1 ton jumbo bag, or 10 kg carton for retail repacking. Each batch is sampled twice, before and after blending, and retained for 24 months. Production runs under ISO 9001, and the factory has exported humate products to more than 40 countries since 2003, including regular shipments to Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
