Promote Crop Growth Potassium Fulvate

1. Product Introduction

Our potassium fulvate flakes are made from lignite and weathered lignite. The scraping process is similar to that used to produce potassium humate. High-quality raw materials are screened, crushed, and then thoroughly stirred with potassium hydroxide solution to react, producing a potassium fulvate liquid. After the reaction, the liquid is centrifuged to remove any unreacted residue, resulting in a potassium fulvate stock solution. The clear potassium fulvate liquid is evaporated and concentrated to remove excess water, yielding a highly concentrated potassium fulvate liquid. The concentrated slurry is then evenly mixed and distributed on a high-temperature drum. As the drum rotates, the stock solution rapidly dehydrates and solidifies, forming continuous flakes. Larger flakes (2-4 mm) are potassium fulvate flakes, while smaller flakes (1-2 mm) are potassium fulvate microflakes.

 

Potassium Fulvate flakes have the following main functions:

(1) Promote crop growth

Root promotion and root nourishment: stimulate root cell division, promote the growth of new roots and fibrous roots, improve root vitality and nutrient absorption capacity, especially suitable for use in the seedling stage, after transplanting and when the root system is weak.

Enhance metabolism: increase the chlorophyll content of crops, promote photosynthesis and carbohydrate synthesis, accelerate growth rate, make plants stronger, and make leaves dark green.

(2) Improve stress resistance

Enhance the ability of crops to resist drought, cold, and pests and diseases, help crops resist extreme weather (such as drought, low temperature) and pests and diseases, and reduce growth stagnation.

(3) Enhance the efficiency of fertilizers and pesticides

When used in combination with fertilizers, it can reduce nitrogen loss, promote phosphorus and potassium absorption, improve fertilizer utilization rate, and reduce dosage; when mixed with pesticides, it can enhance the adhesion and permeability of the liquid, improve the prevention and control effect, and reduce pesticide residues.

3. Usage method

(1) Flush/drip irrigation: Place the slices in water, stir and dissolve, then apply to the root zone of crops along with the irrigation water. Suitable for large-scale planting (such as greenhouse vegetables and fruit trees).

(2) Foliar spraying: After complete dissolution, filter and load into the sprayer, and spray evenly on the front and back of the crop leaves. Suitable for rapid nutrition supplementation or emergency resistance.

(3) Seed soaking/seed dressing: After dissolving, make a solution and soak the seeds (or mix the seeds) to improve the germination rate and seedling vitality.

(4) Compounding: Potassium humate products have high acid resistance and high hard water resistance. When combined with other fertilizers, they have excellent and stable performance. Compared with potassium humate, they also have more compounding possibilities.

 

Note: When spraying on the leaves, avoid the fruit setting period of the crop to prevent the liquid from directly contacting the fruit surface and causing fruit staining.

 

4. Reference dosage for target crops

(1) Field crops (corn, wheat, etc.)

Drip irrigation/drip irrigation during the growing season: 7.5-15 kg per hectare each time, with an interval of 15-20 days, 2-3 times during the entire growing season.

Foliar spraying: Dilute 1500-2000 times, spray 1-2 times from the seedling stage to the filling stage.

(2) Cash crops (vegetables, strawberries, etc.)

Drip irrigation/drip irrigation: 4.5-7.5 kg per hectare each time, which can be increased to 500-800 grams during the flowering and fruiting period, with an interval of 10-15 days.

Foliar spraying: Dilute 1500-2000 times, spray once each during the seedling stage and flowering stage.

(3) Fruit trees (apple, citrus, etc.)

Base application: 50-100 grams per adult tree (half for young trees), mixed with organic fertilizer and buried. Fertilization during the growing season: 10-20 grams per tree (or 15-22.5 kg per hectare), once before flowering and once during fruiting period.

(4) Seed soaking

Dilute 500-800 times and soak the seeds for 4-6 hours (adjust the time for different seeds). Remove and dry before sowing.
