Best Value for Money - Sodium Humate Granules with Free Sample
Our granular sodium humate offers exceptional value while maintaining premium quality standards for agricultural and soil remediation applications.
Production Process
Our granular sodium humate is manufactured from premium weathered coal sourced directly from our proprietary mine in Fukang, Xinjiang. The production process involves:
- Pulverizing raw coal and reacting it with NaOH solution
- 48-hour dual-stage sedimentation for comprehensive impurity removal
- Natural air evaporation in open drying fields with periodic turning
- Crystalline granule formation through controlled drying
- Size sorting into standard fractions: large (1.5-2.5 mm) and small (0.5-1.5 mm)
- Custom sizing available upon request
The final product features glossy black appearance, complete water solubility, and granular morphology. Without high-temperature processing, it retains the full spectrum of humic acid active compounds, enabling easy broadcasting, controlled nutrient release, and versatile application.
Applications & Benefits
Functioning as a "black soil doctor," sodium humate provides comprehensive soil improvement:
- Mitigates heavy metal toxicity by immobilizing harmful ions (aluminum, manganese)
- Modulates soil pH for optimal growing conditions
- Fortifies soil aggregate structure and enhances stability
- Improves water and fertilizer retention capacity
- Ameliorates saline-alkali soil conditions
- Accelerates root system development and plant establishment
Soil Remediation Protocols
Acidic Soils
Apply 1,500-3,000 kg/ha (optimal: 2,250 kg/ha) and incorporate 10 days before sowing to elevate pH, suppress heavy metal bioavailability (e.g., cadmium), and stimulate yield improvement.
Alkaline/Saline Soils
Neutralizes alkaline substances while promoting aggregation and desalination. Application rates range from 750-2,250 kg/ha for light-to-moderate conditions, adjustable based on exchangeable sodium percentage (ESP). Combine with amendments such as gypsum and irrigate post-application to facilitate sodium leaching.
Crop Management Benefits
Regulates endogenous hormonal balance to drive root formation and bolsters stress tolerance throughout the entire growth cycle, resulting in healthier, more productive crops.
Application Methods
Base Fertilizer Application
600-900 kg/ha, placed in holes or furrows and activated via irrigation for optimal soil integration.
Top Dressing
150-600 kg/ha delivered as solution or with water during critical growth stages to support plant development.
Seed Treatment
- Soaking: 0.05-0.5% concentration for 5-24 hours (rice/cotton require 24h) to boost germination vigor
- Coating: Direct powder mixing for expedited emergence and improved seedling establishment
