Our flake sodium humate is extracted from mineral-rich weathered coal, delivering high concentrations of active functional groups for broad-spectrum applications.

• Type I: Exclusive weathered coal from our self-owned mines in Fukang, Xinjiang
• Types II & III: Premium weathered coal from Inner Mongolia

Glossy black flakes with excellent water solubility, designed for prolonged suspension and gradual dissolution, ensuring sustained performance across diverse applications.

Raw coal undergoes initial crushing, followed by alkaline extraction with NaOH solution at 90°C for 2 hours with continuous agitation. The reacted solution is precipitated to eliminate impurities from unreacted materials. The purified sodium humate stock solution is then transferred to a drum dryer, where it forms an instant liquid film on the drum surface. This film solidifies into uniform sheets that dry and automatically peel off during rotation. Final air-flow cooling and screening yields glossy black flakes with minimal impurities.

Featuring closed-loop condensate recovery and dual-stage cyclone and bag filtration for dust and exhaust gas treatment, our process meets stringent clean production standards.
