Improving Soil Chelated Fertilizer

1. Product Introduction

Zinc fulvate is a chelated fertilizer formed by combining fulvic acid and zinc. It combines the dual benefits of fulvic acid and zinc and is widely used in agriculture. Fulvic acid and zinc are chemically bonded to form a stable chelate, preventing zinc from being fixed in the soil and improving zinc utilization (far exceeding that of common inorganic zinc fertilizers such as zinc sulfate). The zinc absorption and utilization rate reaches over 80%. Zinc fulvate also inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria, minimizing the occurrence of soil-borne diseases and effectively addressing the problem of repeated cropping. As a key ingredient in functional fertilizers, it significantly improves crop physiological traits and fruit quality.

Zinc fulvate acid has the following main functions:

(1) Supplementing zinc: Preventing and controlling zinc deficiency symptoms in crops, such as leaf yellowing, leaflet disease, slow growth, and fruit deformities (common in corn, rice, fruit trees, vegetables, etc.).

(2) Enhancing nutrient absorption: Fulvic acid can promote the development of crop roots and enhance the absorption capacity of macronutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as other trace elements.

(3) Improving stress resistance: Enhancing crop resistance to drought, cold, and disease, and improving the quality of agricultural products (such as increasing the sweetness and color of fruits).

(4) Improving soil: Assisting in regulating the soil microenvironment, alleviating soil compaction, and improving the soil's ability to retain water and fertilizer.

Zinc fulvate solves the problems of inorganic zinc salts and large-molecule chelated zinc in traditional agriculture, which are difficult to absorb and wasteful. Its unique small-molecule chelation process makes it the ideal zinc fertilizer for crops.

3. Usage method

(1) Foliar spraying: After dissolving, spray directly on the leaves. It is absorbed quickly and effective quickly, suitable for emergency zinc supplementation.

(2) Root irrigation/drip irrigation: Apply with water, absorb through the root system, suitable for long-term conditioning and prevention of zinc deficiency.

(3) Seed dressing/seed soaking: Improve seed germination rate, promote seedling growth, and enhance stress resistance.

Note: When spraying on the leaves, avoid the fruit setting period of the crop to prevent the liquid from directly contacting the fruit surface and causing fruit staining.

4. Target Crops

The target crops of zinc humate are mainly crops with high zinc demand or prone to zinc deficiency symptoms, including the following categories:

(1) Food crops: corn (zinc deficiency can lead to "albino seedlings"), rice (zinc deficiency can lead to "dead seedlings"), wheat (zinc deficiency affects tillering and filling).

(2) Fruit trees: apples (zinc deficiency can lead to "small leaf disease"), citrus (zinc deficiency can lead to yellowing of new leaves and small fruits), grapes (zinc deficiency can affect flowering, fruiting and fruit development).

(3) Vegetables: tomatoes (zinc deficiency can lead to curled leaves and deformed fruits), cucumbers (zinc deficiency can lead to blocked growing points and smaller leaves), peppers (zinc deficiency can affect yield and quality).

(4) Economic crops: cotton (zinc deficiency can lead to leaf chlorosis and reduced boll formation), rapeseed (zinc deficiency can lead to slow growth and delayed flowering).

After using zinc humate, these crops can effectively supplement zinc and alleviate zinc deficiency symptoms. At the same time, with the help of the synergistic effect of fulvic acid, they can promote growth and improve stress resistance.

Experiments have shown that spraying an appropriate concentration of zinc humate can significantly promote the growth of summer corn plants and significantly improve yield traits and grain yield. The application concentration of zinc humate used in the experiment was 200 mg/L. Under this concentration treatment, the number of grains per ear (543.0 grains) and yield (8636.9 kg/hm2) both reached the maximum, the thousand-grain weight (296.3 g) was significantly increased, and the yield increase rate was 8.31%; adding potassium humate to urea for topdressing can promote the increase in the number of corn grains per ear and significantly increase the thousand-grain weight and yield.
