1. Product Introduction
Liquid potassium fulvate is primarily made from lignite, which is high in natural fulvic acid. The raw material is crushed (to increase contact area with the reagent) and added to a reactor with potassium hydroxide solution. Water is then added, stirred, and reacted at high temperature to produce a water-soluble potassium fulvate solution. After natural sedimentation, the solution is centrifuged in a decanter centrifuge and a disc centrifuge to remove impurities and insoluble matter. This liquid potassium fulvate is now relatively low in concentration and needs to be concentrated to the target concentration. Water is evaporated at high temperature until the target concentration is reached.
Potassium fulvate Liquid potassium humate has the following main functions:
(1) Improve soil
Regulate soil pH (neutral to weakly alkaline) to create a suitable growth environment for roots. Promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, enhance water and fertilizer retention capacity, and alleviate soil compaction and salinization.
(2) Promote root growth and seedling growth
Stimulate crop root growth, improve the root system's ability to absorb water and nutrients, and make seedlings strong and resistant to lodging.
(3) Improve nutrient utilization
Chelate nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements (such as calcium, iron, and zinc) in the soil, reduce nutrient loss, and improve fertilizer absorption efficiency (especially reducing phosphorus fertilizer fixation).
(4) Enhance stress resistance
Improve crop resistance to cold, drought, and disease (such as reducing the occurrence of diseases such as root rot and powdery mildew), and alleviate the effects of pesticide and fertilizer damage.
(5) Improve crop quality
Promote fruit enlargement and uniform coloring, increase sweetness and vitamin content (such as increasing the sugar content of fruits and vegetables and improving taste), and extend shelf life.
The core features of potassium fulvate liquid:
(1) Good water solubility and fast absorption: It is in liquid form and has small molecules, which can be directly absorbed by the roots and leaves of crops, and the effect is faster than solid dosage forms (usually 1-2 days after spraying).
(2) High activity and comprehensive functions: It retains the natural activity of fulvate and has multiple functions such as improving soil, promoting root growth, improving efficiency, and resisting stress. It has few impurities (the liquid process is filtered multiple times) and is highly safe for crops.
(3) Flexible use and strong adaptability: It can be used alone or mixed with chemical fertilizers and pesticides (except alkaline pesticides). It can reduce fertilizer loss, enhance pesticide efficacy, and save labor and time.
(4) Highly targeted: It is more suitable for rapid nutrition supplementation (such as crop seedling stage, flowering and fruiting period), or used in integrated water and fertilizer systems such as drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation, and can accurately reach the root zone of crops.

3. Usage method
(1) Foliar spraying
Spray directly on the front and back of the leaves and absorb through the leaves (suitable for rapid nutrient supplementation and relief of nutrient deficiency symptoms). Dosage: Dilute 800-1500 times (i.e. 1L of liquid potassium humate with 800-1500L of water), use 750-1500mL of the original solution per hectare each time, spray once every 7-10 days, and continue 2-3 times. Period: Critical periods such as the seedling stage of crops, before flowering, and after fruit setting (such as promoting vegetable seedling growth and preserving fruit after flowering of fruit trees). Note: When spraying on the leaves, avoid the fruit setting period of crops to prevent direct contact of the liquid with the fruit surface, which may cause fruit staining.
(2) Flush/drip irrigation/root irrigation
Absorbed through the root system (suitable for improving soil and long-term root promotion). Flush/Drip Irrigation: Dilute the solution 300-500 times and use 200-500 mL of the original solution per mu (apply every 10-15 days). Apply 2-3 times during the growing season (adjust based on soil fertility).
Root Irrigation: Dilute the solution 500-800 times and use 200-500 mL per plant (for saplings and potted flowers, adjust based on plant size).
4. Target crops (wide application range)
(1) Field crops:
Cereal crops: wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, etc. (promote tillering, resist lodging, and increase thousand-grain weight).
Economic crops: soybeans, peanuts, cotton (increase pod setting rate, boll number, improve grain/fiber quality).
(2) Horticultural crops:
Vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, lettuce, cabbage, potatoes, etc. (reduce deformed fruits, increase yield and marketability).
Fruit trees: apples, citrus, grapes, peaches, pears, strawberries, bananas, etc. (promote flowering and fruit setting, reduce fruit cracking, and improve fruit sweetness and color).
(3) Economic crops:
Chinese medicinal materials: ginseng, angelica, wolfberry, astragalus, etc. (promote root and stem development and increase the content of active ingredients).
Flowers: roses, roses, orchids, etc. (enhance flowering quality, extend flowering period, and make flower colors more vivid). Others: Tea (to improve tea aroma), tobacco (to enhance tobacco leaf quality), watermelon, melon (to increase sweetness), etc.
Overall, liquid potassium fulvate is suitable for a variety of herbaceous and woody crops, and is particularly effective in poor soil conditions (compacted, saline, or alkaline) or where crop quality needs to be improved. The application period and concentration can be adjusted according to the crop's growth stage.
