1. Product Introduction
Our potassium fulvate hollow granules are made from lignite and weathered lignite using a high-tower spray drying process. A mineral-sourced potassium fulvate solution is pumped via a high-pressure pump to a pressure-type nozzle at the top of the drying tower. The high-pressure pump sprays the liquid upward from the nozzle, where it breaks into droplets. These droplets come into contact with high-temperature hot air within the drying tower, instantly evaporating the water and forming dry hollow microparticles. The dried potassium fulvate granules are collected at the bottom of the tower.
Potassium humate hollow particles have the following main functions:
(1) Improve soil: Regulate soil pH, alleviate salinization and compaction problems, promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, and improve soil water and fertilizer retention capacity.
(2) Promote root growth: Stimulate crop root development and enhance the root system's ability to absorb water and nutrients. It is especially suitable for use during the seedling stage and after transplanting.
(3) Improve nutrient utilization: It can chelate nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements in the soil, reduce nutrient loss, and improve fertilizer absorption efficiency.
(4) Enhance stress resistance: Help crops resist adverse environmental influences such as drought, low temperature, pests and diseases, and delay premature aging.
(5) Improve crop quality: Promote the accumulation of sugar, vitamins and other substances in crops, and improve fruit taste and yield.
Compared to other potassium fulvate products with the same content, potassium fulvate hollow granules are tiny, hollow, and smaller in size. Their large surface area and contact surface with water allow for rapid dissolution, excellent dispersion in water, and resistance to agglomeration and precipitation. Their excellent fluidity allows for smoother flow in drip irrigation systems, preventing clogging of pipes and emitters. Compared to flake-based products, hollow fulvate dissolves faster, has a higher saturation level, and is less likely to clump, making it more convenient to apply.

3. Usage method
(1) Flush/drip irrigation: Use 7.5-15 kg per hectare each time. Dilute with water and apply with water flushing or drip irrigation, once every 7-15 days. Suitable for vegetables, fruit trees, field crops, etc.
(2) Foliar spraying: Dilute to a concentration of 1000-2000 times (i.e. 1 gram of product to 1-2 kilograms of water), spray evenly on the front and back of the leaves, use 1.5-3 kg per hectare, once every 7-10 days. Suitable for rapid nutrition supplementation in the middle and late stages of crop growth.
Note: When spraying on the leaves, avoid the fruit-setting period of the crop to prevent the liquid from directly contacting the fruit surface and causing fruit staining.
4. Target Crops
Potassium humate hollow particles have a wide range of applications and have good effects on a variety of crops. The following are the main target crop categories:
(1) Field crops Wheat, corn, rice, etc.: can improve soil structure, promote root development, improve resistance to lodging and stress, and increase thousand-grain weight. Cotton, soybeans: can enhance photosynthesis, promote boll/pod formation, and improve yield and quality.
(2) Economic crops Fruit trees (apple, citrus, grapes, strawberry, etc.): promote flower bud differentiation, increase fruit set rate, improve fruit sweetness and color, and reduce fruit cracking. Vegetables (tomato, cucumber, pepper, leafy vegetables, etc.): accelerate growth, enhance disease resistance, extend the harvest period, and improve taste. Chinese medicinal materials, tea: promote the accumulation of effective ingredients, improve the quality of medicinal materials and the aroma of tea.
(3) Other crops Flowers and seedlings: promote rooting and germination, enhance stress resistance, make plants strong, and extend the flowering period. Greenhouse Crops: Particularly suitable for continuous cropping plots, it can alleviate soil barriers and reduce the impact of soil-borne diseases.
Its applicability stems primarily from its excellent solubility and absorbability, allowing it to be used in various soils and at different crop growth stages.
