1. Product Introduction

Our potassium humate powder is primarily available in two types: granular powder and flake powder. The finished potassium humate granules/flakes are metered into the Raymond mill chamber via a feeder. After rolling and impact crushing, the powder is then blown by a blower to a classifier for screening. Coarse particles are reground, while qualified particles are transported to a cyclone collector and discharged through a powder outlet pipe as the finished product. Raymond mill powders achieve uniform particle size and adjustable fineness to meet diverse customer needs. The physical crushing process does not disrupt the chemical structure of potassium humate, preserving its activity.

Powdered potassium humate granules maintain a high crystal content while significantly improving water solubility, allowing for more efficient release of humic acid for crop absorption. When blended with other fertilizers, the powdered form allows for more uniform and effective blending. Powdered potassium humate flakes offer the same content and water solubility as potassium humate flakes, but are not only 100% water-soluble, but also significantly faster. Compared to the bulk density of flakes, powders are more space-efficient.

Potassium humate powder has the following main functions:

(1) Improve soil structure: It can promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, enhance soil permeability and water and fertilizer retention capacity, especially for sandy soil and heavy clay soil.

(2) Improve soil fertility: It can absorb and activate nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients in the soil, reduce nutrient loss, improve fertilizer utilization rate, and provide nutrition for soil microorganisms and promote microbial reproduction.

(3) Promote crop growth: It can stimulate the development of crop roots and enhance root absorption capacity, thereby promoting crop growth and increasing yield. It can also enhance crop resistance (such as drought resistance, cold resistance, disease resistance, etc.).

(4) Regulate soil pH: It has a certain buffering effect on soil pH, can improve extreme soil environments such as saline-alkali land, and create suitable pH conditions for crop growth.

(5) Improve the quality of agricultural products: During the growth of crops, it can participate in photosynthesis and material metabolism, which helps to improve the quality of agricultural products, such as increasing the sweetness of fruits and improving taste.

3. Usage method

(1) Foliar spraying: Dissolve the powder in water (usually at a concentration of 0.05%-0.2%), stir evenly, filter, and spray it on the leaves of crops with a sprayer. It works through leaf absorption and is suitable for rapid nutrient supplementation during the crop growth period.

The dosage per hectare is about 750-1500 grams, diluted with 30-50 kilograms of water, and sprayed once every 7-10 days for 2-3 consecutive times.

(2) Root flushing/drip irrigation: After dissolving in water according to the proportion, flush it directly to the roots of crops with irrigation water, or apply it evenly through a drip irrigation system. It is suitable for large-scale planting of crops and is easy to operate.

The dosage per hectare is 1500-3000 grams each time, diluted with water and applied. It can be top-dressed 2-3 times during the growth period according to the needs of the crop.

(3) Soil base application/mixed fertilizer: It can be directly mixed with organic fertilizer, chemical fertilizer, etc. and applied to the soil before sowing or planting as a base fertilizer to improve the soil environment and enhance soil fertility. The dosage per hectare is 3000-7500 grams. Mix with other fertilizers and apply evenly by spreading or fertilizing in furrows. The specific dosage can be adjusted according to the degree of soil barrenness.

(4) Seed soaking/seed dressing: Soaking or dressing seeds with a low concentration solution (0.02%-0.1%) can increase the germination rate of seeds and promote the development of seedling roots.

Use 2-5 grams of powder per kilogram of seeds. Soak the seeds for 6-12 hours after dissolving (or dry and sow after dressing).

Note: When using, pour the powder evenly into the water and dissolve it while stirring until the powder is completely dissolved to avoid clumping or impurities clogging the sprayer or drip irrigation equipment (it is recommended to use fully water-soluble potassium humate tablets to make the powder).
