1. Product Introduction
Our company produces crystalline potassium humate granules made from high-quality Xinjiang weathered coal, which boasts a high humic acid content, low ash content, and high solubility saturation, resulting in a high-gloss product. The weathered coal is screened and crushed, then thoroughly stirred with a potassium hydroxide solution for reaction. The mixture is then allowed to settle in an aging tank for 48 hours to remove impurities. The upper layer of potassium humate liquid is then removed to a drying yard, where it is naturally air-dried, air-dried, and repeatedly turned over for continuous evaporation of moisture, ultimately forming naturally crystalline granules. These granules are then sieved to select small potassium humate granules (0.5-1.5mm) and large granules (1.5-2.5mm). Different particle sizes can be selected based on customer requirements to meet diverse application scenarios. This production process eliminates high-temperature treatment, fully preserving the humic acid's original active ingredients.
Crystalline potassium humate has the following main functions:
(1) Soil improvement: It can increase soil organic matter, improve soil aggregate structure, and enhance soil buffering capacity. In poor sandy soil, it can reduce the loss of water and nutrients in the soil; in compacted or highly sticky soil, it can quickly form aggregate structure after application, promote soil water and fertilizer retention capacity, and increase air permeability.
(2) Fertilizer efficiency enhancement: When applied together with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers, the unique pore structure of humic acid can prevent the loss of nitrogen sources in the soil and promote the secondary absorption of phosphorus and potassium elements. This improves fertilizer utilization and reduces the amount of chemical fertilizers applied.
(3) Promote crop growth: Promote seed germination, stimulate crop root growth, and improve crop resistance to stress, including drought resistance, cold resistance, disease and pest resistance, etc.
(4) Improve crop quality: It can promote the synthesis of cellulose and sugar sources in plants. Improve the quality of agricultural products, such as increasing the sweetness and color of fruits and improving the taste of vegetables. It can also enhance photosynthesis and promote chlorophyll synthesis.

3. Usage Method
(1) Direct application
Base fertilizer: Mix the crystallized potassium humate with the soil thoroughly before planting. The application amount is generally 150-450 kg per hectare
Topdressing: It can be applied by broadcasting, furrow application or hole application. The application amount is generally 5-20 kg per mu
(2) Soaking and root irrigation
Soaking seeds: Soak the seeds after dissolving them in water. The application amount is generally 1 kg per 500 kg of seeds. The soaking time is generally 5-24 hours
Root irrigation: Dissolve the solution in water at a ratio of 1:800-1500, and slowly irrigate the soil around the roots of the crop until the solution reaches the root area
(3) Fertilizer synergist
When applying other macronutrient fertilizers, it can be used in combination at an addition amount of 3%-5%. Do not use it with strong acidic or calcium and magnesium fertilizers at the same time.
4. Target Crops
(1) Field crops
Wheat, corn, and rice: When applied as base fertilizer or topdressing, it can improve soil aggregate structure, enhance lodging resistance, promote full grains, and increase thousand-grain weight.
Cotton and soybeans: It can promote root development, improve stress resistance (such as drought resistance, disease and pest resistance), help flowering and boll/pod formation, and increase yield.
(2) Cash crops
Fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, citrus, apples, etc.): It can improve fruit quality, increase sweetness and glossiness, reduce deformed fruits, and extend shelf life; in facility cultivation, it can alleviate soil problems caused by continuous cropping obstacles.
Roots and tubers (potatoes, sweet potatoes, radishes, etc.): It can promote the expansion of the underground part, increase starch content, reduce cracking, and improve marketability.
Oil crops (peanuts, rapeseed): It can enhance photosynthesis, promote oil synthesis, and increase oil content.
(3) Other crops
Flowers and seedlings: Promote lush foliage and vibrant colors, enhance cold and drought resistance, and increase ornamental value.
Traditional Chinese medicine: Improve the quality of medicinal materials, promote the accumulation of active ingredients, protect root growth, and increase survival rate.
